Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LVLCRAFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our application.

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LVLCRAFT for your personal use. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without permission.

User Accounts

• Where an account is required, you agree to: (a) provide accurate info and (b) maintain the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Auto-renewable subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase (IAP) system.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payments and renewals are charged to your Apple ID account.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for illegal purposes or to violate any law.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our app’s source code.
• No cheating, bots, or automation to manipulate gameplay or services.
• Impersonation or harassment is prohibited.

Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of LVLCRAFT are owned by Dubaget and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

LVLCRAFT is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times. Use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dubaget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of LVLCRAFT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
